Breathing
Breathing is the foundation for life! We breath on average 15-20 times a minute, which means approximately 20 000 times during a day. Breathing is the only bodyfunction which is both will-controlled and autonomous (not through will).
A busy everyday life with many work tasks creates stress in the body that gives a superficial breathing and smaller capacity. The paradox is that this is self-reinforcing. Fortunately, it is easy to reverse the trend. Small changes with breating can open new possibilities and provide increased capacity.
