About the course:
In the course you will learn simple techniques for handling stress and preventing it. The course is a combination of knowledge, exercises and reflections that you can use immediately. The exercises have great effect and are easy to bring into everyday life.
You will receive one module a week for 4 weeks.
All modules consist of a mix of knowledge, exercises and reflections.
Every week while the course is running, I have live broadcast within a closed Facebook group where you can ask both big and small questions that you bight be wondering along the way.
You can also ask questions in the group along the way, and I will answer as soon as I can.
The next course will start in the fall of 2019.
